Cheryl Carter 
SINGLE ADULT MINISTRY DIRECTOR

Cheryl Carter has served as the Texas District Single Adult Ministry Director for 19 years.  She is the founder and director of Texas Singles Conference.  She also currently serves as the UPCI Single Adult Ministry Secretary. One of her favorite things is to plan  events/trips for singles. The Carters' heartbeat is for SAM to be a strong and viable ministry. They travel full-time ministering and are available to help local churches in the Texas District and beyond with this ministry.
